  Fast service. Helpful staff. Good facilities. I've been going to Queens for some time, but Barking Hospital seems to do it all better. I've built up a relationship with the staff here, they're all human, diverse and friendly. Facilities are clean and tidy and the way they operate makes waiting times seem tiny in comparison to other clinics I've attended.

  I had the misfortune of having to visit Barking Hospital Walk in Centre for remedial treatment of a minor, persistent ailment: it proved to be an experience that I will not forget. There were two receptionists on duty, one of whom (a young gentleman) did not have the courtesy to even acknowledge me or my fellow patients’ presence at the counter. The general, slovenly level of cleanliness, particularly the stained available seating is not acceptable in a healthcare environment. I fully accept that there will be a considerable waiting time to see the nurse or doctor, but nonetheless was surprised that only one nurse with a pleasant, professional demeanour, was on duty.

  A fantastic local service. Efficient & friendly staff from start to finish. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and attentive and a fantastic advocate for all that is good in the NHS.
